Riad Alassala Fes

The rooftop terrace views were fine, but the WiFi barely worked in our room.

The twin/double room was well-equipped on the main level, so that guests had essentials. The private parking was nearby, VERY GOOD service.

The location was particularly good and magnificent - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was sensational with a wide array of delicacies. The staff were polite and courteous and made us feel comfortable...

It was just a well-suited match for a city break in Fes with best value. The view from the rooftop terrace during sunset was a highlight of my stay. Make sure to wander through the narrow alleys nearby for a real Medina experience.

we loved rooms on the main level. also, location was comfortable and nice, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from batha square. the staff was very hospitable and knowledgeable, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was satisfactory and excellent as expected. It was in a particularly good location with Batha nearby.

Couple's Dream Escape

The location was ideal, and every corner of the place had been designed with care, from the fine decor to the amazing courtyard. The staff were pretty good, especially when Mohammed helped arrange a fantastic city guide for us. It made our last days here lovely.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, it was totally worth it.

Walkin' into this place reminded me of a warm hug, y'all! The decor was fine, and I can't get over those spicy tagines they whip up. The staff here, especially Ali and Zeinab, treated us like family. Just wish the wifi could keep up-wasn't great in the room.

The location of the riad was challenging to navigate due to the intricate alleyways, and the wifi did not work well inside the rooms.

The narrow alleys surrounding the hotel can be frustrating!!! Directions for finding a Petit Taxi are sorely lacking, leaving guests scrambling to orient themselves!!! Improvements in local signage would definitely help future travelers!!!

Ohh, where do i begin? The so-called walk-in shower is almost a closet, and don't expect decent wifi-barely had any signal! Plus, after the ridiculous room issues, i was just waiting for a room upgrade or something to make up for my disappointment, but guess what? Nothing! My almost good review just couldn't happen, what a shame.

Staying here while exploring the magical Medina of Fez was an very nice experience. I loved the amazing view from the rooftop terrace during sunset, it was pure magic! Each morning, breakfast was a real treat, featuring a variety of delicious Moroccan delicacies that fueled our days of adventure. The staff went all out to, especially when they organized a lovely dinner that showcased the chef's amazing tagines.

The location is amazing, with easy access to the Medina and proximity to the famous Blue Gate. The ambiance of the Riad is fine, with beautiful decor and a serene courtyard that feels like an oasis. The staff is really good.

Riad Alassala provided an really good experience during my recent business trip. The staff were accommodating, helping organize transportation for an early morning flight and offering insightful recommendations about local attractions. The check-in process was seamless, and the rooftop terrace offered fine views of the city, a perfect spot to unwind after a day of meetings. The meals were good, particularly the fresh and delicious dinner options over multiple evenings.

The room was situated on the fourth floor, and the stairs were steep without railings.
